Refund and Replacement
Refunds are provided to users who choose not to go ahead with a replacement lead
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after your request is verified.


You may request a replacement lead within 5 days of delivery if the lead meets any of the following criteria:
❌ Fake or incorrect contact information (e.g., wrong phone number or email).
🚫 Unrelated inquiry (e.g., user was not interested in interior services).
📍 Out of service area (lead is from a location you do not serve, if not specified in your preferences).
📞 Disconnected number or unreachable after multiple attempts.
If the issue is verified, we will issue one replacement lead for each invalid one reported.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
You were unable to close the deal or the client changed their mind.
You failed to follow up with the lead within a reasonable time.
Lead responded but was uninterested in your pricing or service.

All refund and replacement decisions are made at our sole discretion after reviewing the submitted evidence. Our decision will be considered final.
